I have been in the property business for fifteen years and have a wealth of experience of buying, selling and letting property.


I have worked for several national house builders as a Sales Manager and most recently for Martin & Co Letting Agent.

Having worked in lettings for 2 years, I decided to set up my own company preparing Inventories for Landlords.

For a Landlord to protect his hard earned investment and to avoid disputes when the tenancy ends,

I feel it is imperative to have a detailed Inventory and Condition Report of the property.

From past experience, I have realised that Tenants will respect the property to a higher degree knowing there is a detailed Inventory and Condition Report
