If you are purchasing a new property to add to your portfolio and live a distance away from your investment I can make sure the property is fully complete, free from all snags and ready for your tenant to move in!

I will liase with the builder on your behalf regarding the completion date of the property

I will visit the property making a comprehensive list of all the snags

When all the snagging is complete I will revisit the property and check that it is finished to a high standard

I will send you a full written report

You can then complete on your investment in the safe knowledge that it is 100% ready
